Document it

Take a clear photo from a safe, public location. Avoid faces, license plates, and private information.

Note the nearest street address or intersection and describe only what is visible.

Call Tulsa 311 for non-emergency city services. Save the case number they provide for follow-up.

For immediate danger, a medical emergency, or a crime in progress, call 911.
